Sinterama® product brands to be retained
Sinterama S.P.A. has been renamed Indorama Ventures Lifestyle Italy S.P.A.. For some time already, Sinterama has been an affiliate of Indorama Ventures, Thailand, which acquired the Italian company in 2019.
After numerous other international company acquisitions, Indorama Ventures now has 147 locations in 35 countries and employs more than 26,000 people in three business segments.
To strengthen the corporate brand "Indorama Ventures" and provide a consistent brand experience for all stakeholders,
Indorama Ventures is now consolidating the names of all its associated companies under the corporate umbrella brand.
With the exception of the changes to company name and to e-mail addresses of your contacts (see below), the above modification will have no further consequences. In particular both the VAT number and the commercial register number will remain unchanged.
Name of recipient unvaried; @sinterama.com will become @it.indorama.net
The Sinterama product brands, e.g. Newlife, will continue to be valid.
